The Office of the Registrar at Navarro Early College High School supports the educational mission of the school by working with the Viking community to maintain the accuracy and integrity of its educational records, provide quality service, and support innovative systems that enhance academic support.
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the maintenance of Enrollment, Transcripts, Class Rank, Credit Entry, Report Cards, Progress Reports, Records, Withdrawals, and PEIMS.
The Office of the Registrar is open for regular business hours Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm (CST) and for registration Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 10:30am (CST).

In her present role, Ms. De Alba supports students with last names A through L as one of our registrars. Additionally, she is responsible for enrollment, transcripts, student records, withdrawals, and the validation of PEIMS data.
Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this position. Her roles include having served as a Food Production Technician, Clerk, and Teaching Assistant at Gus Garcia Young Men's Leadership Academy, and as the Parent Support Specialist at T.A. Brown Elementary School, and here at Navarro.
Julia first became a part of the Viking community in August 2023, after being selected as our Parent Support Specialist and rose to her current position in October 2023. Ms. De Alba is a proud product of Austin ISD and a graduate of the class of 2016 at LBJ Early College High School - Go Jaguars!

Currently, Mr. Hernandez serves as one of our registrars, supporting students with last names M through Z. In addition to this, he oversees enrollment, transcripts, student records, withdrawals, grading, and the school's master schedule.
A native Austinite, AJ began his career with Austin ISD at the age of 16 as a Student Worker at Webb Middle School, and has also served the district as a PEIMS Clerk, Attendance Specialist, Data Processor and Administrative Assistant. He has also had the opportunity to serve as Senior Administrative Associate to the Principal at San Marcos High School in San Marcos, TX.
Mr. Hernandez first joined Navarro in 2021 when he assumed the role of Attendance Specialist and shortly thereafter moved up to Data Processor, before shifting into his current role in October 2023. As a proud product of Austin ISD, AJ was a graduate of the class of 2018 at Anderson High School - Go Trojans!
When not at work, Mr. Hernandez enjoys spending time with his family and friends. AJ is also an avid Texas A&M Aggies and San Francisco 49ers fan!
